Description

Lead the NPE deployment of the top 100 suppliers within RISM in 2021 and drive standard work / process improvements across the organization through the Excellence in Purchasing methodology.  Lead improvement of  financial high risk suppliers for RISM driving pro-active consolidation of actions plans and lead discussions quarterly with Executive Leadership team as part of Supplier Resiliency and Cycle Planning.  Coordinate monthly S&OP feedback from the various RI product families into an Executive summary with recommendations to Executive Leaders leveraging RTTC output.  This position will teach and coach the supply chain aspects across RISM as well as mentor Procurement professionals on Supply Chain topics.  This position will also lead the cross-functional team to solutions that meet multiple objectives and balance performance of quality, velocity and cost.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of Program Management experience
• 7-10 years Supervisory experience

Top candidates will also have:

• Strong customer focus and ability to influence
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes and drive advancement within the organization
• Previous experience as a Black Belt or Lean Advisor
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Operations
• Knowledge of business operations including the technical infrastructure and general business processes.

• The location for this position is Mossville, IL
