As a Multi-Plant Controller in Advanced Components Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to develop essential business information and provide regular counsel to upper management (2-3 levels below the CEO) for business analysis, product costing and return on investment activities. In addition, you will own the reporting and controls environment for multiple facilities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Planning and Analysis reporting to global corporations (Fortune 500)
• Decision-Making of Accounting in Manufacturing Operations
• Ability to understand USGAAP and MXGAAP reporting
• Legal Entity/Statutory Requirements
• Capital Investment Governance/Process
• Complex Financial Analysis such as Make/Buy Analysis
• Ability to Manage and Coordinate teams remotely
• Providing business analysis support by establishing target costs, cost monitoring, new product introduction analysis, value chain analysis, investment analysis, sourcing analysis, product costing and supporting new product introduction projects 
• Managing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting
• Participating in strategy development to improve accountable profit results 
• Managing and coordinating the development of accounting related functions for multiple facilities, including actual and planned operating results statements and inventory analysis
• Partnering with diverse, global teams across multiple operating divisions

Required Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in accounting
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible job-related experience 

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Accounting certification (CPA, CMA, or comparable)
• Strong background in accounting, compliance, cost accounting, financial analysis, and budget development 
• Strong analytical skills are required to perform detailed financial analysis and prepare strategic plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to work across divisions
• Experience in a large multi-national corporation
